Refund and Returns Policy

Overview: Our refund and returns policy lasts for a period of 7 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Certain goods, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from being returned.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
